INCENSE TREATMENT
A more involved process to cleanse your Shungite is through ritual smudging. Take a stick of Sage, Lavender, or Palo Santo, for example, and just like you would with any smudge stick, light one side on fire, once gently burning, blow out the fire, and using the smouldering tip which should now be trailing smoke, waft around your Shungite. This is also a good practice to pair with meditating.
