How to use Tibetan Yoga Singing Bowl
- Place the bowl on a soft cushion.
- Hold the mallet in one hand and the mat in the other hand to balance the bowl in place.
- Gently tap the mallet against the outer and inner edges of the bowl or around it.
- The resonant sound and deep vibration will fill and calm your soul.
- Or stick out the flat head with your left hand, place the bowl in the center of your hand, hold a stick in your right hand, and then gently rub the edge of the bowl with the lower end of the stick and rotate clockwise.
